Study materials

Six ways into the same material — pick the one that suits how you are revising.

What is available

Mind mapThe concepts and how they connect. Best for seeing structure before an exam.
InfographicA one-image summary. Good for a quick refresh.
PodcastA two-host discussion of the lesson. Useful when you cannot look at a screen.
FlashcardsRetrieval practice. The most effective format for retention, and the least comfortable.
Slide deckThe session in slides.
SimulationsInteractive widgets where a concept is easier to manipulate than to read.

Why something is missing

Materials are published by your teacher, per lesson. A missing format has either not been generated or not been published yet. It is not a fault you can fix from your side.

A revision order that works

  1. 1
    Mind map first

Rebuild the shape of the topic before the detail.

  2. 2
    Then flashcards

Test yourself rather than re-reading. Re-reading feels productive and mostly is not.

  3. 3
    Then the gate’s practice questions

Under something close to real conditions.

  4. 4
    Podcast for the gaps

On the walk in, for the bits that did not stick.
