Attainment reporting
Because questions carry outcomes and attempts carry marks, attainment is derived rather than assembled. The chain is: question → outcome → attempt → mastery → attainment.
Attainment is only as good as the outcome mapping approved during Review Extracted. A course whose questions were never mapped to outcomes will report nothing here — the fix is upstream, in the course.
A note on speed
Report queries are cached per institution. The first run of a wide report is slower; the second is close to instant. Benchmarks across forty-plus sections render in under two seconds on second view.
