Strategic decisions
The recommendations the platform raises, the decisions taken against them, and what happened next.
Where recommendations come from
LEAP raises recommendations from the signals it already holds, each with a severity and a target audience.
Recording a decision
Each recommendation can be acknowledged or acted on, and the action is recorded: nudge a teacher, schedule a meeting, assign a mentor, flag an observation, notify a parent, refer to a counsellor, schedule training, request a workshop.
Record the decision even when it is “no action”. An acknowledged recommendation with a reason is far more useful next term than one that was quietly ignored — particularly when the same recommendation reappears.
Closing the loop
Because decisions are timestamped and attached to the recommendation that prompted them, you can look back at whether the intervention changed the measure. That is the difference between a dashboard and a management system.
