Teaching from the script

The script is a dialogue plan, not a lecture. Four stages, roughly forty minutes.

    Hook · 3–5 min

    A provocative question or scenario that makes the gap in the student’s understanding visible to them.

  2. 2
    Discovery · 10–12 min

    Guided questioning that leads students to the insight rather than announcing it.

    Concept Build · 12–15 min

    Structured dialogue that assembles the concept properly, with the precision the assessment will expect.

  4. 4
    Application · 8–10 min

    Transfer: a real-world problem that only works if the concept actually landed.

Each stage gives you the prompt to ask, the response you are steering toward, and a follow-up for when the room does not get there. Edit freely — the generated script is a starting point, and your edits persist.

Attendance

Attendance is recorded per lesson with one tap per student. It feeds absentee reporting for admins and the attendance section of the student report card.

Rescheduling a lesson moves its attendance record with it. Earlier versions orphaned the record against the original slot; that was fixed in 2026.08.

Recording and transcription

A session can be recorded in the browser or uploaded afterwards. Uploads are chunked, reassembled and checksum-verified before the source is released, and the audio is then transcribed and linked to the lesson plan. Transcripts are searchable and feed the engagement signals in class analytics.
